We deliver across India through trusted courier partners to ensure your SINAAGA jewels reach you safely and securely.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless a different timeline is mentioned on the respective product page.
Once dispatched, domestic deliveries generally arrive within 4–5 working days, depending on your location. Overall delivery timelines may therefore range between 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
For personalized or made-to-order pieces, dispatch timelines will be as specified on the product page. Kindly note that such orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Responsibility
Kindly ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. SINAAGA will not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of order placement.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, re-shipping charges will be applicable.
While we work closely with trusted courier partners, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, public holidays, or logistical disruptions. In such cases, we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Charges
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders within India.
International orders may be accepted on a case-to-case basis. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated based on the destination and prevailing courier rates.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other regulatory charges as per the laws of the destination country. Any such charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
SINAAGA reserves the right to review, confirm, or decline international orders prior to dispatch.
Returns & Order Concerns
It is our earnest effort to deliver pieces of exceptional quality and finish.
As a policy, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition.
Custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be cancelled once processed.
However, in the rare event that:
* You receive an incorrect product (different from your order confirmation), or
* The piece has a verified manufacturing defect
We will arrange a replacement upon verification, in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
If the same piece is unavailable, a refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Approved replacements will be dispatched within 7–10 working days after the concern has been reviewed and confirmed.
As each SINAAGA jewel is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, plating tone, or finish may occur. These natural nuances are an inherent part of the artisanal process and enhance the individuality of every piece. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
