Refunds

Each SINAAGA jewel is thoughtfully created in limited batches and undergoes careful inspection before it reaches you. It is our earnest effort to deliver pieces of exceptional quality and finish.

As a result, all purchases are considered final sale. Refunds are only applicable in the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect and if a replacement of the same piece is unavailable.

Exchanges

Your satisfaction is deeply important to us.

If the piece received has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged in transit, we will gladly offer a replacement, subject to availability.

We are unable to offer exchanges for change of mind.

within 5 days of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement

If you believe there is an issue with your order, we kindly request that you:

* Mention your order number and briefly describe the concern
* Attach clear photos or a short video highlighting the issue

Our team will carefully review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

If approved, the piece must be returned:

* In its original packaging
* With all original tags intact
* Along with the invoice
* In unused and unworn condition

Kindly note that return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

The return address and further instructions will be shared via email upon approval.

Resolution Process

Once the returned piece is received and inspected:

* A replacement of the same piece will be issued (subject to availability), or
* If the same piece is unavailable, a refund will be processed to the original payment method

Please note that normal wear and tear, exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or improper handling are not considered manufacturing defects.

Items showing signs of use, missing original packaging, tags, or invoice will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Sale & Promotional Pieces

Jewellery purchased during sale or promotional events is considered final sale and is not eligible for replacement or refund.
